About Me

Nitin Shrivastava — Senior Technical Leader for Cloud, Data & Agentic AI

15+ years architecting cloud-native enterprise systems on Azure and .NET — now focused on data platforms and Agentic AI. Full history and references on LinkedIn.

Engineering Perspective

A full-stack technologist who stays close to the problem

I’m a full-stack technologist who has moved from writing C# to leading enterprise product engineering —
but the constant has always been curiosity for technology and a focus on solving real business problems.
I care about systems that are scalable, maintainable, and tied directly to business outcomes, and I stay
close to architecture, delivery, and stakeholders all at once.

I’m drawn to the forward-deployed engineering mindset — getting close to users,
understanding context fast, and turning complex needs into practical, high-impact solutions. That
mindset is what pulls me toward Agentic AI: LLM integrations, orchestration frameworks,
and AI-assisted workflows that help teams move faster and unlock new product possibilities.

Cloud-Native Architecture

Azure, Kubernetes, microservices, event-driven systems built for resiliency and scale.

Data & Analytics Platforms

Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI powering real-time decision-making.

Agentic AI & GenAI Engineering

RAG architectures, AI agent orchestration, and spec-driven, AI-assisted SDLC.

DevSecOps & Engineering Rigor

CI/CD, automated testing, threat modelling, and SRE practices baked into delivery, not bolted on.
